Skincare is very personal, if a product is working for me doesn't mean it would work for you too. Everyone's skin is different, So I highly recommend you to patch test these products before accomodating them into your routines. Just take a tiny amount, apply a dot to the back of your ear and leave it on for 48 hours or 24 hours, and see if you had a reaction or not. Do this step especially with acid-based skincare products.
Dr. Sheth's Basic Brightening Daily Cleanser
This has Cocamidopropyl betaine is, a mild and gentle cleansing agent, sodium cocoyl taurate is a mild surfactant derived from coconut, rosehip seed extract is a good antioxidant, vitamin E and almond oil hydrate the skin. This is a gentle cleanse, does not strip the skin of its natural oils.
Dr. Sheth's Gulab And Glycolic Toner
This is a night time product as it contains actives that perform the best when used at night. This is a very watery toner and is suitable for all skin types. This has rose extracts that soothe the skin, active ingredients like Glycolic acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide (to learn more check out my previous blog). Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, and Xylitol which are very hydrating, Sarcosine which is very hydrating and enhances absorption, Calendula Extracts (Calming), Green Tea Extracts (Antioxidants), Allantoin (Healing), Aloe Vera Extracts (Calming)and, Willow Herb Extracts (Anti-Acne). This product can be used daily, but still depends on person to person. This is an exceptional exfoliating toner, can be utilized every day
Dr. Sheth's Basic Brightening Extra Gentle Daily Peel
This is a chemical peel, its like a lotion mask. Take a coin-sized amount, massage it on the skin, leave for 4 to 5 minutes, then wash off. This has actives like Glycolic acid, Lactic acid (to learn more check out my previous blog), Glycerin is a humectant, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, and Xylitol which are very hydrating. This also has lecithin, pomegranate extract is an antioxidant and soothes wrinkles, calendula extract is a skin-soothing antioxidant, although grapefruit extract is bad it's very low on the ingredients list, hence it's passable. Overall it's a good product, but don't use it every day, you can sensitize and over-exfoliate the skin. Also, this product should not be used alongside their Gulab And Glycolic Toner, it may be too much glycolic acid for your skin to handle.
Dr. Sheth's Multitasking Miracle Cream
This is a multitasking cream, it has really good high-quality ingredients, this is all in one type of product, and is suitable for ALL skin types including acne-prone and sensitive skin. This has highly hydrating ingredients like Glycerine, Caprylic Capric triglyceride, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol, White Petroleum Jelly, Vitamin E Acetate, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Lecithin, and Hyaluronic Acid. This has Dimethicone which prevents TEWL(trans-epidermal water-loss), Niacinamide, and amino acid complex which helps to maintain skin’s smoothness and hydration also strengthens the skin’s natural barrier. Overall this is an all-rounder product, this can be a little heavy for oily skin in the day, but it's totally fine when used as a night cream. This is the best day cream if you live in a hot climate and have dry skin, its lightweight, so it will absorb into the skin quickly and you wot sweat it out in the hot summers.
Dr. Sheth's Basic Brightening Youth Glotion
This is best suited for Uneven skin tone and aging skin also suitable for ALL skin types, including sensitive skin. It is the only product in the Indian market that combines a high dose of niacinamide. Niacinamide is an all-rounder ingredient, it helps with sensitivity, irritation, regulates sebum production, brightens dark spots, heals inflammation, acne, even aging. This also has Allantoin which is a great skin soothing ingredient, Hibiscus Extract which is a skin-soothing antioxidant. But one the downside it has Japanese Citrus Extract which can be really sensitizing and irritating perfumed ingredient but its an antioxidant too, So this is both good and bad to it, it depends on the person to person. NOTE- Works great as a day lotion under sunscreen. Overall it's a good product to invest in.
Dr. Sheth's Antioxidant Repair Cream
This cream contains a high dose of Vitamin E to repair damage caused by environmental factors. This is Suitable for all skin types. This contains Vitamin E acetate which is an amazing antioxidant, hydrating ingredients like Caprylic-capric triglyceride, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, and Xylitol also Lecithin which is a really hydrating antioxidant also BHT which is a potent antioxidant. This is an effective cream all skin types, best suited as a night cream for oily skin.
